An Intentional Community Designed to Uplift Black Women in Product Careers
Black Women in Product is an intentional community that provides a safe space for Black women and femmes who either work, or are interested in working in a Product-related role.
We connect with and support one another, break barriers entering and growing in our Product careers, and are advocates for inclusion in the broader Product and Tech communities.

We're focused on cultivating and connecting the PM community of women in tech, financial services, government and more.

We aim to not only enhance the skill-set of BWIP members, but to develop other skills in both product-specific niches but other arenas.
